Is It Justified?

What is the response of the Non-Aligned towards the military actions undertaken by coalition forces against the Libyan unrest and the obsessive actions by colonel Quaddafi? this has been a question circulating around the member states of the movement. It is vital to understand whether the military actions against the Libyan leader are actually in contrast with the proclamations of the NA.
The Non-Aligned countries are clearly standing for the sovereignty of countries and their self-identification and ability to cope with their own internal affairs without intervention from the outside. The issue arising from the operations in Libya clearly, on the first sight, seems to be against the code of the movement as French, British and American troops are heavily imposing no-fly zone over the Libyan airspace. Moreover, many of the actions have been treated by international spokespersons are imperial approach, a crusade against Libya.
However, there is a deeper issue. The Non-Aligned do not only condemn the foreign intervention against the internal problems of states. It also proclaims the distribution of human tights and the observation of the human freedoms. The question is whether there is such freedoms and rights in Libya. Colonel Quaddafi forces are killing innocent people on the streets where people rebelling the colonel have to fight for democracy instead of being provided such by law.
Clearly this indicates lack of human rights recognition in Libya. So is the Non-Aligned movement silently justifying the acts undertaken by the forces of the western coalitions? After all, Libya is not only a significant red diesel supplier to the world, it is also a state full of people who are fighting for some fresh democratic beginning in this country ruled by an obsessed autocrat holding significant military power.
